Poliedros was engaged by an Italian subsidiary of a global operator in the Life Sciences sector prior to acquisition of a competitor to set up and manage the integration programme. In the months pre takeover, the Italian leadership team and target company management team attended sessions run remotely by Poliedros with the following objectives:

  • Change management to further the development of a mindset open to different organizational and business scenarios
  • Scenario building to achieve organizational fitness from Day 1
  • Managing through acquisition - focus on maintaining organizational and management performance in times of uncertainty incorporating a range of innovative KPIs relative to the integration programme
  • Individual and group coaching sessions to develop people managers
  • Building cultural fit within the target company and its workforce management practices
  • Follow-up involving monitoring of change management processes
