Nature of the Provision of Data

The provision of data for Purpose No. 1 (Contact and Information Requests) is mandatory, as it is strictly necessary for us to respond to the User’s request for information. Refusal to provide this data will prevent the Data Controller from being able to respond to such requests.

The provision of data for Purpose No. 2 (Newsletter Subscription) is optional and subject to the express consent of the User, in accordance with Article 7 of EU Regulation no. 679/2016. Refusal to provide consent may prevent the User from enjoying related services, such as receiving newsletters and updates from Poliedros Consulting.
