Employee Engagement Programme

Operating in the raw materials production sector of the chemicals industry, a company with several factories and logistics units, wanted to address the issues of silo mentality as well as Nimby and NIH syndromes. We created a change management programme to overcome these issues through the creation of engagement meetings and workshops. The direct involvement of front line resources helped create a new paradigm, overturning the traditional top down approach in favour of a more dynamic fully engaged team approach.
