Management of Succession Plans

  • Organisational Model building with direct involvement of key stakeholders (e.g. owners, their representatives, top management etc.) by identifying potential and development requirements including Leadership Coaching.
  • The program lends itself into identifying and recognising talented individuals and helping to consolidate their position amongst important stakeholders.
  • In some instances, it is also helpful to train 'mentors', from within the organization, to reduce external dependence and, by acting as ambassadors for change, raise awareness across the company.
