The client

TSM – Trentino School of Management is the higher education college established by the Autonomous Province of Trento, the Autonomous Region of Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol and the University of Trento. It specialises in the planning and management of training projects and research activities.

THE IDEA WITH IMPACT

We created a programme and activity to promote a repositioning of the business school in compliance with TSM’s mission and scope.

In a first phase the management team and participated in a programme aimed at fostering openness to change, pursuing excellence, and upholding high-quality standards in the services and solutions provided. With this was a focus on promoting innovation and creativity. After the first phase the programme was rolled out to the wider team.
