THE IDEA WITH IMPACT
We were engaged to implement an ambitious strategic plan focused on developing end-user sectors, ensuring the success and consolidation of the business idea. Achieving this required a program of refocusing and strategic alignment, revising the mental model, market positioning, and analyzing new channels and language.
In the second phase, we promoted organizational revamping to adapt the structure and processes to new challenges.
