The client

Noviter was established in January 2009 to focus on research and education in training and work systems. Its mission is to develop strategic and operational projects, providing technical support for governance and innovation processes.

THE IDEA WITH IMPACT

To enhance competitive advantage and foster a results-oriented culture throughout the organization, we implemented a change management program structured around the traditional eight steps of change, as outlined by J. P. Kotter.

We worked closely with managers to raise their awareness of the implications of change and to encourage adoption of the Competitive Capacity Value model, crucial for navigating through a sea of constant change. Additionally, through customized simulations, we helped Noviter in cultivating relevant and meaningful team relationships.
