The client

Morandi Steel, a part of the Morandi Group, specializes in the trade and processing of structural hollow section steel and products for steelworks.

THE IDEA WITH IMPACT

The company sought our assistance in reviewing its positioning strategy and the necessary organisational adjustments. Co-planned with the entrepreneur, our intervention led to a redefinition of the company’s operations and its market offerings. We also streamlined the organizational structure to be more agile and aligned with shared development plans.

The redefinition required significant investments both on the production side and in the management systems.  The company, also following some interventions launched together with us already in 2019, saw its EBITDA grow by 130% and turnover by 50% between 2021 and 2023.

Over the years, additional assistance programs—including the management control model, dedicated training, the creation of the industrial and strategic business plan, and operational counselling for production managers—have made the organization, its people, and the company more dynamic, agile, and ready to face new market challenges.
