The client
MSD Italia is a biopharmaceutical company that has been active in Italy for over 65 years. As part of the Merck & Co. group, it has revolutionized therapeutic paradigms through the discovery of over 200 innovative molecules.
THE IDEA WITH IMPACT
For the Executive Committee members of the Italian subsidiary of Merck & Co., we developed a program focusing on “Gender Complementarity and Synergies”.
The program raised awareness among participants about how gender diversity impacts team dynamics and highlighted the need to revise skills related to relational components. We developed training aimed at fostering virtuous behaviours and enhancing synergy both between teams and within teams, utilizing active learning solutions.
