The client

Flex is a multinational that produces electrical and electronic accessories and components. In Italy it is based in 3 areas, Trieste, Somaglia and at the Milan Design Center.

THE IDEA WITH IMPACT

To accelerate change, break down silos, foster a results-oriented management style, and promote customer centricity, we implemented a programme involving members of the steering committee and 50 middle managers. This initiative focused on aligning and reviewing workflows and processes across the organization.

As part of the programme we applied a number of innovative and engaging solutions including LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®.

In the second phase, we engaged middle management in an introductory program on Project Management. This initiative aimed to transfer their newly acquired knowledge and skills into practical application within the production environment.

Poliedros Management Consulting supported us in analysing and revising our business processes, which enabled us to optimize our operations and enhance overall efficiency.
