Etea Sicurezza is an engineering company founded in 1993, specializing in the civil and industrial safety sector. They focus particularly on ensuring the safety of personnel, industrial plants, and buildings.
THE IDEA WITH IMPACT
Our support took the form of continuous all-round assistance, during which we established relationships with credit institutions, shareholders, investment funds and related advisors.
Our objective, in complete transparency and disclosure, was to verify the values, assets, availability and contracts aimed at concluding the deal.
We undertook a review of the operational organization, reorganized relationships and procedures with foreign subsidiaries, developed a corporate and administrative consolidation model, and formulated a strategic financial plan.
