THE IDEA WITH IMPACT

Thanks to the drive and genuine commitment of the new presidency of ANIA, we prepared a pathway to help women within the organisation, with different roles and responsibilities, to develop their self-awareness, their skills and their own original style of leadership.

We divided the program into six modules, utilizing innovative methods and simulations. This ‘learning by doing’ approach enabled participants to experiment with adopting behaviours that foster an inclusive culture.
