The Director of the most important territorial structure in Lombardy identified the need for an in-depth focus on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. The objective was to promote awareness and appropriate actions within the organization, targeting entrepreneurs of the associated companies.

Starting from an analysis of sector data, we designed a program involving directors from organizations in Varese, Pavia, and Cremona. This program helped participants identify the cultural limitations in their areas and promoted management practices attentive to inclusion and development.
