Graduated in Psychology. Has significant experience in assessment and evaluation of executive managers and their potential, in the development of high potentials and in managing the talent pipeline.

Graduate in Engineering. Significant experience in the design, construction and management of industrial plants, reorganisation of layouts and in the management of efficiency recovery processes.

A Physics graduate. Extensive experience in the optimization and control of production processes, in the implementation of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. He also has significant experience in the adoption of digital technologies for Industry 4.0 and the energy transition for Industry 5.0, and in the improvement and optimisation of product and flow innovation processes. Registered in the MISE lists as Innovation manager.

An Engineering graduate, with extensive experience of industrial and organisational processes in large groups, where he introduced both Lean, Six Sigma and Risk Management methodologies.

Graduated in Economics with substantial experience in the world of consultancy. He has previous experience gained in top positions in multinational companies across metal, commerce and pharmaceutical industries.
