Organizational Evolution

In order to overcome a silo mentality within an italian multinational eletrical component manufacturer, we were asked to develop a comprehensive change management programme. The task was to support the transition from service center to profit center, whilst driving development and orientation towards innovation.

Following analysis and mapping alongside the Leadership Team, we organised a workshop to engage senior and middle management in verifying their internal and external positioning and level of shared values. The resulting action plan, allowed management to explore their overall level of involvement in evaluating internal critical issues (also by using the Lego Serious Play methodology).
