He also has significant experience in the adoption of digital technologies for Industry 4.0 and the energy transition for Industry 5.0, and in the improvement and optimisation of product and flow innovation processes. Holds a degree in Computer Science. Has a long and extensive experience in designing and implementing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) plans – as well as in the review of corporate governance structures within the framework of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) processes.
