I graduated with full marks in Political Economy from Bocconi University and began my career in the Strategic and Financial Planning department of the Italcementi group. There, I played a pivotal role in analysing, managing, and successfully concluding a pioneering partnership in Italy with a Swedish technological partner for the production of aerated cellular concrete blocks. During this time, I also served as assistant to the CFO.
My career then led me to Kraft Jacobs Suchard within the Philip Morris group, where I gained extensive experience as Controlling Manager of the key business unit focused on fresh cheese, specialising in management and cost control.
I later assumed the role of Director of Management Control and Strategic Planning at Air Liquide Italia, overseeing the restructuring of the organisation and implementing the group’s global ERP system.
As Group Controller at Amplifon, I contributed to establishing a cohesive multinational approach across diverse national cultures.
I then served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at La Centrale Finanziaria Generale, a holding company within a financial group with institutional partners, where I was deeply involved in Private Equity, Merchant Banking, Advisory, Finance, and Real Estate sectors.
Throughout my career, I have held CEO positions in various companies involved in private equity and financial operations. Notably, I managed the spin-off of a business branch from a multinational in the cigarette market, a consultancy supporting small and medium airports, a start-up in green and renewable energy utilizing combined heat and power generation, and a professional services and management consultancy firm.
Additionally, I have served as Vice President of the trade association of energy-saving companies (Assoesco) and collaborated with the IED Institute in Milan, teaching courses on business plan drafting and start-up management.
I hold a Green Belt certification from the SixSigma Management Institute.
