Antonio Angioni

After graduating with honours in Law at the University of  Pisa and after completing my MBA I started my career with Teksid (FIAT), and then continued in Confindustria, at the Industrial Association of Florence.

I then took on the Human Resources Directorate of Duracell in Italy, with increasing roles that led me to hold responsibilities both in Europe and in the United States.

I was subsequently Director of Human Resources and Legal Services of the Air Liquide Italia Group.

In November 2008 I became General Manager of Right Management, a Manpower Group company that operates in the field of strategic human resources management, where I made a significant to contribution to Talent Management.

From January 2014 to May 2017 I held the role of Organization and Talent Director of the Manpower Italia Group with responsibility for the Human Resources Directorate, the Legal Directorate, the Institutional Relations Directorate and the Talent Centre of Excellence.

I was a member of the FormaTemp Board of Directors from September 2015 to May 2017.

I have published numerous articles on Management particularly on Strategy; Change Management; Leadership and Communication.

I also have vast experience in the business association system, having held various positions in Federchimica, Assolombarda (of which I was a member of the council for nine years), Asseprim, Argis.

I was a member of the scientific committee of the Master in Strategic Human Resources Management and of the Advisory Council of the Harvard Business Review and MITSloan Review.

I am also a member of the Ucid Scientific Committee and of the ANIA Calibration Committee.
